Occupational Therapists at Crossroads are trained to fabricate orthotics to improve functional use of their upper extremities, increase muscle flexibility using serial casting, address hypertonicity/spasticity, provide support to denervated muscles, and/or decrease pain for improved functional participation in daily activities.
