Kinesiotaping
Kinesiotape can stabilize muscles and joints to enhance your child’s experience in OT. By applying varrying tensions to the tape, OT’s can provide more stability to a joint to improve muscle control, to decrease muscle tension, to increase muscle tension, or to reduce pain during a functional activity. Our occupational therapists at Crossroads are trained to properly assess and apply kinesiotape to enhance the therapeutic value of your child’s sessions.
We are here to help, contact us to schedule an assessment.
