Susan graduated with her Master of Science in Occupational Science and Therapy from Grand Valley State University and earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University, Go Green!! She is certified in DIR Floortime, focusing on child-led therapy and play-based interventions. Susan is passionate about connecting not only with kiddos but their families and caregivers to best support the entire family unit in their therapy journey. She believes that every child is unique and requires their own personalized care plan to best meet their specific needs, goals, and strengths. Susan has experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, feeding difficulties, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, and developmental delay working within the home, clinic, and community.
In her free time Susan enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, attending concerts, as well as teaching and taking indoor cycle classes!
