Katie, Founder, and Director of Crossroads Speech Therapy, offers diagnostic individualized Therapeutic and Consultative services to children from their first year of life through adulthood.

Abby is an enthusiastic speech-language pathologist who is dedicated to helping children of all ages improve their communication skills. She has evaluated and treated children in a variety of settings including early intervention, preschool through high school, outpatient clinics, therapeutic schools, private practices, and hospitals.

Quinn is a licensed speech-language pathologist. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Iowa and her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Saint Louis University.
She has a wide range of experience working with children through the Early Intervention program, preschool and daycare aged children, and elementary/middle school-aged children.

Jaime has well-rounded pediatric experiences with children of all ages including a wide range of disabilities, backgrounds, and cultures. She has provided treatment for speech and language in areas such as expressive language, receptive language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatics.  Jaime values building a strong rapport with the families she works with and encourages family involvement to enhance the child’s skills and growth. 

Alex graduated from the University of Illinois and is excited to be working with the pediatric population in Chicago. Alex speaks fluent Russian and she has always been particularly interested in working with bilingual children as well as culturally diverse families.

Stacey has been practicing as a speech-language pathologist for eleven years in home, school, community, clinical, and teletherapy settings. While experienced in treating a variety of delays and disorders, she has a particular interest in language-based impairments and early language development.

Caitlin is a speech-language pathologist from the Chicago suburbs and has extensive knowledge working with children with expressive and receptive language disorders, social communication language disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, selective mutism, articulation and phonology disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and fluency disorders.

Nainee loves working with preschool and elementary-aged children with a variety of speech and language needs and/or a variety of disabilities She has extensive experience with children who have needs ranging from early language delays, fluency (stuttering), apraxia, pragmatics/social language, articulation, AAC, expressive and receptive language delays, and more.

Kelly has experience working with children in early intervention, multidisciplinary clinics, home health settings, and public schools. Her professional experience and interests include early language and literacy skills, articulation, phonology, receptive/expressive language disorders, Apraxia, fluency, pragmatics/social language, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

Mary Kate is a licensed speech-language pathologist who has worked with children ranging from preschool to high school age. Mary Kate is experienced in providing services to children with expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation disorders, pragmatic disorders, developmental delays (DD), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Shana earned a bachelor’s of social work from The University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s of science from Northwestern University.  Shana has experience working with persistent articulation disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), expressive and receptive language delays and disorders, pragmatic language disorders, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). 

Elle is a licensed speech-language pathologist who has evaluated and treated children across a range of settings, including preschool through junior high school, private practice, and hospitals.
Elle has extensive experience working on multidisciplinary teams to treat children with speech and language disorders.

Meghann Carlile is a speech-language pathologist with 10+ years of experience working with the pediatric population in the school and clinic settings. She has provided services to children with a wide variety of speech and language disorders, including but not limited to, articulation disorders, phonology disorders, expressive and receptive language disorders, pragmatic language disorders, fluency disorders (stuttering), and has a high interest in the area of augmentative alternative communication (AAC).
