About

Katie is a passionate speech-language pathologist who is dedicated to providing individualized services to children of all ages. She has provided services in a variety of settings including early intervention in-home/daycare, elementary-high school, and an outpatient clinic. Katie currently works full-time in a school setting and manages a team of SLPs. After school hours Katie utilizes her knowledge and expertise to provide speech and language services within families’ home environments and clinic settings.

She has experience evaluating and treating a wide range of diagnoses in the areas of expressive and receptive language, articulation and phonology, fluency, and pragmatics. Katie currently holds her American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence, IL State Speech-Language Pathology License, and Professional Educator License (PEL) in the state of IL.

In Katie’s free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and reading books.
