About

Hope is a former Speech Language Pathologist with experience in acute care, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and therapeutic day schools. After working in the field for 8 years, she left to stay home with her 3 boys. She joined Crossroads in 2020 and now serves as Billing and Administrative Manager bringing her knowledge of the speech and occupational therapy fields as well as experience in insurance and therapy billing together to help Crossroads’ clients navigate their therapy needs and insurance benefits. Hope lives in the Western suburbs with her husband and 3 boys (two of whom receive speech therapy from Crossroads therapists) who keep her VERY busy.

Fun fact: Katie Dimond and Hope have been friends and colleagues since 2009 when Katie acted as Hope’s Clinical Mentor during her Clinical Fellowship Year!

Hope received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and Sciences from Ohio State University in 2007 and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Rush University in 2009. She maintains licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist in Illinois and membership in the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
