Alexa is a licensed speech-language pathologist who is passionate about improving communication abilities in children of all ages and backgrounds as well as adults. Alexa has extensive experience treating developmental disorders, Autism, receptive and expressive language disorders, articulation/phonological impairments, childhood apraxia of speech, pragmatic language disorders, fluency disorders, and improving non-verbal communication through Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices. Alexa has additional experience working with adults with various neurological impairments and neurodegenerative diseases, treating impairments in cognition, aphasia, apraxia, dysphagia, and voice. When Alexa is not working, she enjoys exercising, volunteering at a local animal shelter, and traveling to national parks around the country.
Alexa received her Bachelor’s degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience with a minor in Linguistics from the University of Michigan, and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Learning from Northwestern University. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Quinn is a licensed speech-language pathologist. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Iowa and her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Saint Louis University.
She has a wide range of experience working with children through the Early Intervention program, preschool and daycare aged children, and elementary/middle school-aged children.

She has provided treatment for speech and language in areas such as expressive language, receptive language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatics. Jaime values building a strong rapport with the families she works with and encourages family involvement to enhance the child’s skills and growth.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Western Michigan University. Carrie has 7 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist and has worked with the pediatric population in the public school, therapeutic school, and private speech settings.

These settings include: acute rehabilitation, subacute rehabilitation, trauma centers, hospitals, psychiatric hospital, nursing homes, DC public schools and currently in Chicago public and charter schools

She is passionate about her work and believes that every child deserves a chance to reach their full potential. Elnaz earned her Bachelor’s, Master’s (from Iran), and Doctorate degrees (from the University of Illinois at Chicago) all in Occupational Therapy which made her knowledgeable in this field.

Stacey has been practicing as a speech-language pathologist for eleven years in home, school, community, clinical, and teletherapy settings. While experienced in treating a variety of delays and disorders, she has a particular interest in language-based impairments and early language development.
Lainie received her Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and her Master’s degree from Rush University. She has provided treatment for speech and language in areas such as expressive language, receptive language, articulation, pragmatics, feeding, oral-facial myology, and childhood apraxia of speech.
